I’m trying to get back into the habit of updating this blog a little more regularly. With a new baby in the house I find myself taking a lot more photos on my phone. Fortunately I can upload these very easily and share them with the world.

Trey has had a very busy last 6 months. He celebrated his second Christmas, was the ring bearer for Bobbi’s wedding, and had his second birthday. Throw in numerous trips to the zoo and Kings Island and there are tons of pictures to share. These are some of the best from my phone.

Today was Paige’s two month check-up with the pediatrician. Here are her latest stats:

• Weight: 11.2 pounds. 50th percentile.
• Height: 22 1/2 inches. 50th percentile.
• Head: 39.2 centimeters. 75th percentile.

And here are Trey’s stats from his two month:

• Weight: 12.4 pounds.
• Height: 23 inches.
• Head: 15 3/4 inches, or 40 centimeters.

Overall Paige is a little smaller than Trey was, but not by much. They both have average sized bodies with large heads.

Paige is a very happy girl these days, full of smiles and lots of loving sounds.

Today was Paige’s one month check-up with the pediatrician. For some reason Trey didn’t go at one month, just at two weeks and two months, so we can’t really compare their stats at this age. I think next month the comparisons can begin.

• Weight: 10 pounds. 75th percentile.
• Height: 21 1/2 inches. 75th percentile.
• Head: 37.6 centimeters. Just above 75th percentile.

She is growing like a weed!

Paige Brianna Paff was born at 12:31 A.M. EDT at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She weighed in at seven pounds eleven ounces and was twenty inches tall. I was immediately shocked by how much she looked like Trey when he was born. She was just a few ounces lighter and a half-inch shorter. Plus they both had a full head of dark hair at birth.

With the late delivery both Kim and I are a little sleep deprived at this time, but I’m hoping to catch up on some good sleep tonight. Paige on the other hand has been sleeping soundly most of the day. Even the dozen or so visitors we had throughout the day barely disturbed her.

We plan to leave the hospital tomorrow afternoon and are very excited to start a whole new chapter of our lives.

Trey had his two year old check-up at the doctor office on January 11. Here are his latest stats:

Weight: 26 pounds 9 ounces. Down to 30th percentile from 50th.
Height: 34 inches. Down to 50th percentile from 60th.
Head: 50 centimeters. Back up to 90th percentile.

Today is Trey’s second birthday! The years are already flying by and it is hard for me to believe that he is already two years old. Though we haven’t given him any gifts yet today, I’m sure it will look a lot like this video I shot just a few weeks ago on Christmas morning with lots of oohs and aahs.

If you haven’t already heard from Kim’s Facebook page, we are expecting another addition to our family in mid April! We just found out yesterday that we are having a girl and she is due April 15th. That stretch of April sure is going to be busy with my dad’s birthday on the 16th and my brothers on the 18th. Here are some of our baby girl’s first photos. The first two are from an appointment on September 6th, and the others were all taken yesterday.

It’s hard to believe that we are just a few months away from Trey’s 2nd birthday. He is growing up so quickly!
